Flick vs Vidyard
Vidyard is built for sales and revenue teams: video messages, AI avatars, analytics, CRM integrations and branded sharing pages. Flick is a plain browser recorder that publishes a share link. They overlap only on "record a video and send it".

When Vidyard is the right call
If you're a sales team that needs to know who watched, push videos into a CRM, put calls to action on the player, or send personalized AI videos at scale, Flick doesn't do any of that. Vidyard does.
When Flick is enough
- You need to show a customer, crew or vendor something on your screen and send a link.
- You don't want per-seat billing or an annual contract: $19/month flat, or $99 once.
- You don't want to install anything to record.
What Flick doesn't do
- No team workspace, shared library or admin controls. A Flick license unlocks publishing on the device you bought it on; your library is kept on that device.
- No transcripts, captions, AI summaries, chapters or filler-word removal.
- No editing beyond record, pause and stop.
- No comments, reactions, viewer analytics or CRM integrations.
- 15 minutes and 100 MB per clip at most.
- Screen capture needs a desktop browser that supports it (Chrome works); many phones can't share a screen from the browser.
